Re: Score Reset for everybody (at the end of each era)
Besides coding (which would be a major problem, I admit), does anyone here have objections to the two table idea? I personally see it as a great opportunity for most players and of no harm to anyone.

Re: Exponential Spoils - Awesomeness Inside
Why don't we do
1 spoil = 1 army
2 spoils = 4 armies
3 spoils = 9 armies
4 spoils = 16 armies
5 spoils = 25 armies
We could still cap at 5 cards to keep the coding simple.
that sounds like a pretty fair compromise, to have quadratic spoils rather than exponential. It would keep the numbers ...

Re: Luck-Free Spoils (needs a better name)
I really like it! However, the main issue I see with having cash value=2^(#spoils - 1) is that in the odd case that someone might get 11 spoils, yielding over a thousand armies. That is a fricken huge deployment. While that is unlikely, exponential spoils would create an entirely different game with ...

Re: So far, after 4500 rolls, some stats are in...
It is interesting how it can be quite skewed with a very small sample. I started using the dice analyzer only last week, so although it is statistically insignificant, my luck the past week in 3v2 has been quite poor: actual (25.53% / 37.59% / 36.88%) Ideal (37.17% / 33.58% / 29.26%). Also, attacker ...

Re: Withdrawing 1241 ratings takes a while.
In my opinion, most players I come across seem to me to be good players. To a seemingly good player, I usually give all 5s because I think they deserve it. To a player that seems to be bad, I will give a lower rating. If I have no opinion on the person, then I won't bother to rate them. is it really ...

Rene Descartes famous philosophical premise:
I think, therefore I am.
When asked if he wanted water with his meal, he replied
No...I think not.
Rene Descartes never existed.
lol that logic is irrefutable.
Julius Caesar said, "I came, I saw, I conquered."

shit this is bad... they have a few problems, the first being the money spent on city employees. Re: Obama to Support New Nuclear Power Plants
First, I strongly agree with building new nuclear power plants; I think it is one of the best long term clean energy solutions we have. However, I can understand why people are concerned. One of the largest issues, especially where I live (Colorado, drive I-70 regularly), is the transportation of ...

If by dog you mean b!tch, then yes. If you mean a real dog, still yes
kidding of course about that. I did hear about someone who tried to marry their dog though, so I suppose it is not altogether a far fetched idea.
