Great looking map and eager to play this. There is still a mixture of English/Dutch names for the island territories (Kingdom of... , Sultanate of...).
Names of continents in Dutch can be more coherent.

My comment on graphics is that the stronghold doesn't need the two inner circles behind the stronghold title. Also, the wall with the three entrances could use some shadows.

About the difficulty of the victory condition, it might help to mention the army number of starting neutrals. Remember that this is the large map, also a small map is needed where army numbers still fit.

Shareholders have a more prominent position now. When army numbers are placed, the gameflow will also be more intuitive with a lot of starting neutrals. Making gameplay recognizable from other CC maps might help (no ideas now).

No. Starting points are the 8 Shareholders.

The bonusses take some effort to identify. Maybe the swans could be ordered in the same composition as the map? This might concentrate them on the bottom right corner. Bonus of 4 for Melville could be 3, as there are 3 boundaries.

Could you adjust the number of cannon balls next to the cannon according to the number of targets? So Davis would have 2 cannon balls because it has two targets. This would avoid missing any targets or having colour problem issues.

7. I'm sorry, but those mountains do not go with the rest of the map. They stick out like a sore thumb, so they need to be changed. RjBeals did a quick tutorial on hand drawn mountains , take a look at it and see what you can do.
