The encryptor is basically almost undetectable for scum unless he get's investigated. Easily verifiable role, and once claimed, will basically attract no suspicion as universal mason roles are pretty much always town (unless they're cult recruiters).

I did figure virus as pretty strongly scum, but I thought that hotshot was the better target. I knew we were hard up for the win anyways.

I was surprised mostly by hotshot not bussing himself with kgb. Or bussing nark. That was the main reason I went with hotshot over pursuing virus.

To answer Neb's questions, I got a town result on nag. And I picked him because commuter is a pretty easy fakeclaim.

As for mafia, I can't help but feel that kgb dying is extremely convenient for hotshot to claim a busdrive. In fact, why not drive kgb with nark considering he's the scummiest person ...

Nagerous is cleared, and I can now PM with loot, nark, and nag.

In my mind, that clears Nag and loot.

I suppose the most likely suspects would be virus, hotshot, and nark.

In order from most suspicious to least (at least relatively)

1. Hotshot
2. Nark
3. virus

I think this day can end only one of two ways. Either nark is lynched or we no lynch.

I think we have two likely scenarios here.

1. There is a mafia faction, probably 3 members. Can be a combination of several people, but it would mean a mislynch is basically game. This would push me towards no ...

That seems like as good a plan as we can get. I'm definitely going to think about who I'm investigating as I don't want to tip off a mafia framer if there is one, but honestly, town's in a tough spot even assuming hotshot and kgb are truthful in their claims.

I'm not saying I don't believe some players claims more than others but in order of likelihood of in game, doc(me of course), cop - saf, bus driver - hotshot, vig - virus, deflector - neb, encryptor - loot and no claim from nark or nag just yet

I have never seen a town role that can't claim... the fact that he welcomes night investigation still makes me think he could be the mafia godfather, or at best some kind of weird third party role. And his posts today have sounded more scummy than towny, to be honest.

Although it seems like you are more than capable of running a game, you may have a tough time getting "Official" tags on your game when you have never modded in this forum before.

sorry i got virus and Loot's roles mixed up, if we can correctly lynch scum today and virus is actually a vig, we could test virus' claim/clear himself if he names his target today and is successful with his kill during the night, a cherry on top would be that he guess correctly during the night ...

No I do not know the alignment of the people I recruit.

There's a variation of the neighborizer role on mafiascum (mason recruiter) where I die if I try to recruit mafia, but that wasn't mentioned in my role information so I assumed it did not apply.

If you have good flavor, 20 might be doable. People love the show (I never watched but I'd definitely play).

One of the things I generally go by is to not have too many duplicate roles. Two sane town cops can end up counterclaiming each other and screwing town over. However, something like one sane and one insane can work just fine (you can even hide their sanity from them).
