[*] New Website Design - Home Page, Left Navigation and Footer have been reworked to be more consistent, tidier, screen-size flexible and space-efficient.
Holy crap. Pardon my astonishment, but is that home page EVER UGLY! I'm sorry, but it very nearly made my eyes water. Is it supposed to be a ...

Yeah, sounds fun. I'm in. Haven't decided on a character yet, but like you said, that's not needed in the prelims.

Re: (poll)Two Scoreboards-MVP of the Month(description page 1)
The only problem I see with that is that the General, who is by rank the best player in the game, can win more MVP points if he wins than either of the Captains, only because there are 2 Captains in the game. Why is that fair?

just a small note... in your opening parahraph, you know you refered to 'hulk' in both first and third person perspective right?
that aside, good luck Heros!
Well that went way over my head.I guess you are an English teacher.
Thx for the luck tho.

I'm looking forward to cutting Green Arrow's bowstring, that's for sure.
So, what's the deal with you Mythological types? Do you each represent a figure from mythology? Who are you, drake, with the bow? Cupid?

Ooooohhhhh! I get it now! Right. (First challenge tournament. Sorry.)
So, here's a question. If we get 8 more points, and you guys only get 2 more, do we call it a tie, or what?

Four. The Legion is four points away from victory, LFAW. Zed the River and I just solidly trounced ubcman64 and that other team-mate of yours whose name is so similar to your own. (What's up with that, anyway?)

11-9 is pretty close to even -- close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades.
Round two should be twice as interesting.

My favourite part was this quote from John McCain:

Well, whatever other complaints people have about this map, I like it, and I want to play it. Isn't that the most important point?

I know this is a silly comment, and I'd like to preface it by saying I don't know about Hadrian's wall... but wouldn't it make more sense if it was flipped? If the wall was built to protect from attack from the North, shouldn't the support pillars be on the South side?

So, I guess you'd pretty much have to be a premium player to join, right? Otherwise it would take too long -- wouldn't be fair to the paying players....

I haven't (obviously) read all of the posts on this map, but am I the only one who really, really, really, really likes the old map -- really? The old map is clean, straightforward, with friendly colours, and for a non-Brit, accurate enough for my tastes. (Oh! So that's where the Isle of Wight is ...

Hmmm, I really like this idea. I hadn't ever considered being part of a clan, but I like both the rules and the theme. Count me in, please. Given my name, I should probably be Quicksilver, but I've always been partial to Longshot. (And now I'm really excited to see my Longshot banner. )
