These two need to be on your radar for secret diplomacy. Of Imacamper's 40 games, 11 are with MrJinx, and in the game listed above, MrJinx made every attempt to give the game to Imacamper. I went through their other games, and it's hard to know what happened, but they seem to at least have an assist going on here. I would not have posted, except that I noticed they two started yet another game together immediately following the end of our game. Reading old forums, it appears that this would not be the first time MrJinx was up to this sort of thing, which, of course, proves nothing. He's Australia crazy, and it's possible he just plays the game to take Australia at all costs regardless of whether he wins the game or not. Either way, there's some level of collusion between these two players, and merits some attention.

I've had a few games with mrjinx and never noticed anything suspect at all.
He is stubborn, rarely speaks, occasionally vindictive and always a good
competitive game.

Have had the same experiences oVo, but after digging a little bit, found he was busted a while back for similar behavior.

Imacamper's games are all played on one map. The Classic Map. He is now a Lieutenant after 42 games. In these 42 games, mrjinx is in 12 of them and has yet to win. Tough luck for him, but hey, look at my rank. Now, is a premium helping a silver account to win games? My own conclusion is that imacamper is mastering the Classic map and he happens to win in this game you were in.

Taking a look.

After looking at this for quite some time I can't find any proof of secret diplomacy. But looking at the game logs I feel I was not doing my job if I didn't put a block on these two playing together. Although it might not be intentional I believe there is clear favoritism in the game play.

I have BLOCKED MrJinx and Imacamper.

We all appreciate your good work in fixing up the reports from those not familiar with this forum...but pls cut down on the commentary...this is not the first time...you are obviously entitled to give you views on any topic but you shld choose between all-time good guy or just being a smart ass punter like the rest of us...

I filled an eticket long before I posted in this thread.If you would have researched it like you did with my cheating acussation you would have known that.I do belive that you should be removed from your all mighty mod position.

Why would you get to play free for three years simply because you got blocked from playing with one player? Or banned for flaming the mods who are just doing their jobs?

Per the complaint guide, threads will not be locked until after case is closed and no comments are received for 5 days. However in this case, the thread was locked before Jan 26 less than a day after decision and certainly 5 days without comments had not passed. Thus I've been forced to create a new thread in which to post my rebuttal. I have also filed an eticket (http://www.conquerclub.com/eticket/view ... &id=218416)

I have no relationship with mrjinx beyond the games we have play together here. We haven't even spoken beyond the public game chat and at that, I'm not sure we've ever communicated.

Also in regard to the comment about playing lots of games with mrjinx, I only do that as I prefer to play classic, flat rate, & no fog of war. Almost every time I search for that type of game, mrjinx has one waiting for players. Instead of creating a new game, I just join his. In fact, I think you'll see that I rarely create a game and only do so when there is not one awaiting players.

I would have thought CC would appreciate me joining games as opposed to creating new ones. I would have never thought that it would be used to support a cheating accusation.

I must say I am very offended at this accusation and even more offended at CC's decision. Your own hunter even says there is no proof (viewtopic.php?f=239&t=106533#p2418758) yet blocks us? Is it CC's policy to convict without proof, especially when one (mrjinx) is a premium member? Now I am even more disappointed. I have been very close to upgrading to premium as I have enjoyed my games on this site. But if this is the way one is treated only because one whiner didn't like the outcome of one game, then I am glad I have not supported this site.

I truly hope this decision is just an error by one hunter and not reflective of CC's policy.

The reason it was locked was because mrjinx was flaming.

Three points I'd like to make.
1. This is only the second time, in over 3000 games that I have ever posted a complaint. The first time was when I was new to the site a couple of years ago. I lose quite a bit, and don't challenge the outcome. Occasionally there are games where actions don't make sense. This was one of those games and it prompted me to look a little harder.

2. It appears MrJinx just has an issue with me, and didn't bother to attempt to stop you in our game. But what I saw in your other games raised a lot of red flags along the same lines. I felt there were enough flags to warrant asking someone to look into it. People can label me any which way they choose based on that, I really don't care. Apparently the mod saw enough of the same things.

3. It's not all that far fetched to suspect.

Unfortunately there is no way to ask for a review without posting in the public forums, which I would have preferred, and likely received a "you're reading too much into this man." I apologize if this is unfounded, but I wanted additional and better eyes to look at the situation. I don't mind being wrong. Either one of two things happens with MrJinx, and it's apparently just his style of play. He tends to get angry at a player early and then just focus on them, or he decides to take Aussie at all costs, which tips the game to someone else. At this point, I think that you unknowingly became the beneficiary of his game play rather than any planned collusion. Yes, MrJinx is foe'd and I'm good with that. Game on and good luck to you.

-Very often there is no proof.
-He admitted it was a judgement call, and a tough one...but the record was suspicious.
-You were convicted of nothing.
-You were only blocked from playing with that player, because for whatever reason, favoritism seemed to be happening.
-Blocks are common in this situation, and when two players play a lot of games together, they have to be very careful to actively make the games fair, otherwise this can happen...even in cases when there may be no intended cheating.
-the block however is still justified though, because the record, warrants it..and is just put in place to be safe.
-Everyone acknowledges that it could have been coincidental, but now no one has to worry about an unfair game with you too.
-You are taking it far too personally. You were not busted, you were blocked, and barely blocked....If you just accept that and move on, everyone will forget about it, and no one will ever care. If you need to play with jinx that much...well...thats just odd.

-Move on, seriously...trust me. You and everyone else in CC will forget about this. People have done far worse and no one really cares.

But if jinx keeps breaking the rules, it shows he has no respect for them, and it shows he is quite capable of cheating. Had you too graciously just accepted the simple block and said...well, we understand it looked suspicious, we werent cheating, but respect the mods decision....everyone would have believed you good guys, and probably less capable of cheating. Semp of all people does not act without serious consideration, and in my opinion, may very well be the most fair hunter there ever was....because he resists busting unless he has to. Most of his early days on the forum were spend defending unfairly accused players. Ill assume thats why he is now on Team CC. Read what he wrote carefully... he did block you...but very much gives you the benefit of the doubt. We all read that, and any who know anything understand that you very well may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

You dont have to accept that you were cheating, only that your record was suspicious.

This is all, very good advice.
