They create borders for each other and for the ones the territories that are exposed between the two of them, only one troop is on it. No game chat has been typed and they have not attacked each other ONCE in the entire game.

C_Dezi who is blue has 4 terts. He is barely in the game and it's a spoils game.

mothven who is red is like 3rd strongest and they both have what they can on their border.

neither has ever been in the same game before and last log ins are several hours apart.

You have brutus8285 (green) listed in the title. He is the strongest, has protected borders and his last turn he took 3 blue and put him in a bad spot.

Not sure what your even complaining about here. Large flat rate spoils game. Looks on the up and up. If the ones your mentioning are greens you need to look and see what they connect to. They are interior terts.

What ever your talking about it is common for peeps to share easy spoils terts and at times it's in some peeps interest to protect others from having their cards taken, have common borders protected or peaceful, etc...

As jefjef stated this is a common strategy to exchange territories for cards,and this is their only game together we would need more evidence to warrant action then this.
