Accused: EVIL SEMP

The accused are suspected of: Biased review and suspected motive/friendship with AAFITZ

Comments: Please have a MOD other than EVIL SEMP review the accusations against me in thread (ponzi sevensociety secret diplomacy) as he has played 36 games with the accuser (AAFITZ) with most of them being doubles and triples games where they are TEAMMATES. I do not feel that Evil Semp approached his review with an unbiased opinion.

My case was marked NOTED and filed in my file despite there being NO evidence found and even stated as such in the thread by Evil SEMP. if there was no evidence found of a secret diplomacy I should have been cleared not NOTED. my thread is below..

ES might be a good and fair MOD overall however maybe not in this case because of the connection he has to the accuser. I am not making a statement against his reviewing skills as a whole, just asking for another C&A MOD review that thread because I believe EVIL SEMP's ability to review it has been compromised in light of this evidence. I think that the appearance of fairness is important and there should not be a conflict of interests when a MOD reviews a case.

Practically everything is 'noted'. It's always nice to have a convenient history of what goes on where without having to get a shovel out for the great forum middle earth.

I read the thread (well, skimmed) and it seems like he made a fair ruling.

Secret diplomacy cases can be hard to prove, so the hunters note accusations in case new accusations come up in the future and they can see if a pattern emerges.

Your case was evaluated not only by him. If you can not accept how the ruling was given for the report about you, you have already gone through that avenue and I already replied to the ticket you sent earlier. No need for this thread anymore.
