Accused:

Craig25
codierose

The accused are suspected of:

Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):

Game 8592111

Comments:

Craig25 & codierose clearly are already friends, having played dozens of games together & wall comments on each other.
In the game in question, an Arms Race game, in which pink had USA all to himself, with three players remaining in USSR, green (me), blue (codierose), and red (Craig25): red was not responding to chat in game but blue suggested in game chat that i go up the missile (2011-02-25 20:02:44 - codierose: general m8 start going up ) and since he was not attacking me & was spying I agreed to do so in game chat (2011-02-25 20:03:28 - GeneralAnestetic: k.) as the game progressed red finally responded and suggested we all send troops up the missile to stop pink from winning (2011-02-25 20:41:04 - Craig25: I suggest a 3 way run up the missile). blue then decided, without warning me, that he didn't feel like waiting for my attempt at the missile and unilaterally sent his guys up, killing mine on the way (round 14). blue couldn't finish off pink entirely & pink was going to retake USA. so red sent his stack up the missile, killing some of my guys to get to a silo, and finished off all of pink's except in the missile itself (round 15). however, red also did not send all of his available guys up the missile, instead leaving some in USSR to maintain his position there for the aftermath (2011-02-25 20:49:55 - Craig25 reinforced Novosibirsk with 10 troops from Noril'sk). then, despite the fact that the threat from pink had been entirely neutralized (he controlled zero USA terrs), red tried to trick me into reducing my position in USSR by telling me i should go attack the rest of pink in the missile, without specifying where pink's remaining troops were: (2011-02-25 20:49:43 - Craig25: green, you need to follow, just the bunjers to go). even pink knew this would be foolish: (2011-02-25 20:50:26 - jdtins: if you follow and knock me out your backside will be open to attack by the others). since pink had been neutralized, the three remaining in USSR were enemies again, and so I attacked red, who was closest to me, and who I felt probably had the strongest position in USSR, believing, but not knowing for certain because of fog, that blue had sent all of his forces to try to finish pink. on the next turn, red attacked me, and then blue attacked me (round 16). not realizing at the time they were working together & thinking that blue was now stronger than red, i attacked blue in round 17. blue attacked me back but didn't pursue me past red's area. i thought red would attack blue because he was stronger than i was but i didn't know they were working together. for several rounds we had a stalemate with no attacks because i couldn't attack blue without going through red who was in between us. blue did not attack red during this time & red did not attack blue. then all of a sudden red says: "2011-02-25 21:12:15 - Craig25: okay, I can handle blue winning but not someone who blames someone else for lying whom went up the missile 2011-02-25 21:12:37 - Craig25: wp Blue, hopefully this helps you get your crown back" and red then suicides into me. this allows blue to come through & eliminate me & of course he as able to eliminate red & then pink.

I'm certain if you check their private messages during the time of the game they were communicating about the game secretly.
They clearly were working together, choosing not to attack each other, and attacking only me, and not by any agreement in the game chat either.

I read through a lot of the game log, and I read what you said. IMO, red seemed pissed because you didn't go up the missile and help when you said you would. I doubt he knew blue went through you. And the reason they probably didn't attack each other easier is they didn't want you to win, just the same way you didn't hit red because you thought blue was stronger. I don't think we can really read too much into the personal game decisions that were made, because you can't really expect the enemies to behave how you want. Let's see what the hunters have to say.

I don't see it.

Red conquered zero terts for two rounds before and only conquered a tert from blue after that "Hope this helps" comment. Unfortunately the log does not show evidence of a suicide attack (A tert conquering one). And if they were working together why would he eliminate red before pink? :?

I highly doubt any secret diplomacy. If what you claim happened it would probably be point protecting and favoritism and/or maybe a little bit of not liking you.

btw: 3 rounds before that comment red took a tert from both you and blue.

Too many stuff said in the game chat of what the other should do. This, in spite that all of you are opponents and you will react with what the situation will show after each turn. Game chat just didn't go too well for some of you and it may have influenced red to make sure you would not win, hence why he said, "can handle blue winning but not someone who blames someone else for lying..." This does not automatically mean that he and blue were allied to make the other win. One player was just in disagreement with you. I fail to see the secret diplomacy between red and blue in this game.

Lol, this is a disgrace. What small minded person would accuse others of cheating for points. Get a life dude.
