What's worse, is how he's always leading that poor man around by a rope around his neck. Lucky, it would seem, is not actually lucky, at all.

I looked through many of Pozzo's games and he doesn't make a habit of deadbeating. It is only one game so we will give him the benefit of the doubt. Pozzo is CLEARED of intentional deadbeating.
