The accused is suspected of Ratings Abuse

Game 15482638 the accused deadbeats and then gives me poor ratings. But I still get a tag "leader"?
Game 11855752 He accuses his opponent of being a teammate killer. But they have never played teamgames together. Not with, not against each other.
Game 11859989 Accuses his opponent of being a sore loser. But his opponent in game chat actually is gracious about it and says: "GG, well done!".
Game 11798563 Accuses his opponent, who has a 75% win rate against the accused, of being "clueless"
Game 15246613 Accuses his opponent of Secret Diplomacy, in a 2 player game.
Comments:
Just go to this guys "Ratings left": he leaves irrational ratings and tags. Rates people who beat him poorly, accuses opponents of deadbeating when he himself is actually deadbeating a lot.
