As for a possible secret diplomacy, unfortunately, the game chat from this game is in a foreign language that we do not understand. If a truce or an agreement was said in the game chat, then that is allowed. If there is
none, and you feel they had a secret diplomacy, it's up to you if you think they deserve a bad rating for this game.
