these two guys started speaking french in the middle of a game agreeing to eliminate me, i looked further into their games and they've played a lot together, one has only won 1 out of nine games and the other seems to be doing quite nicely with his rank. to my understanding it is against the rules to speak a language not understood by other players

If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic."

You are correct them posting in French was in violation of the rules, either these 2 will get BUSTED as a Multi account or at the least BLOCKED from playing together anymore.

Then this is different, because you seemingly understood the language. However, did you just use a translator from google or a site?

I used an online translator King A and was able to get a rough guesstimate of what they were saying. But thats just me, maybe he actually knows French and is leading on to believe that he doesnt.

Yes, and if you made that effort, and blue also made that effort and understood them, then this is not a secret diplomacy because red and green used the game chat to what they were agreeing to do, and blue, well, was able to respond to them.

Blue, you can give them a poor rating for what they did since they appear to have agreed early to attack you and Nitram12's chat,

"Nitram12: We don't cheat we do what is better for us".

is very suspicious. However, since the accusation has been made to them, that "we" can also be just a figure of speech in defense of the allegation.

We are going to have to agree to disagree on this one then King A, cause regardless of whether he chose to do the extra effort or not to translate a Language in Chat besides English shouldn't matter in my opinion.
Your not going to truly know one way or the other, he very well could have assumed what the chat said based off of the overwhelming attacks made on him, suspicious gameplay and chat. And proceeded to call them out on a SECRET DIPLOMACY based on that in French via a translation.

There was absolutely no way for either one of the 2 accused to know that mrdog could/would know French if he indeed does. And chat took place talking about coordinated moves before mrdog made them aware of this fact.

Rough translation I got was Nitram12 telling ugotang where to attack to break up a bonus of mrdog's.

Nitram12 attacked him 35 out of his 49 successful assaults. 9 out of the 14 on his playing partner ugotang didnt come until they eliminated mrdog.

Same goes for ugotang, 9 out of his 13 successful assaults were on mrdog.

This is similar in all games they have together.

• won by Nitram12.
• Both players beat up on the third party until he was eliminated.

Game 4942538

• won by Nitram12.
• ugotang attacked Nitram12 a total of 3 times during the whole game, and only once before the elimination of the third party.
• (it was obvious Nitram12 was the stronger threat at during those rounds)

I think you take in account that these 2

• speak in a language other then English about diplomacy without knowing the other players understand
• have played 5 finished games together all with Nitram12 the victor
• you look at the attack patterns in those games and can tell a diplmacy is taking place until the other parties are out of the equation

I also took account that these are fairly new players and they have played 8 games together so far. In some of these games, they have consistently talked in the game chat using their local language, which also transpired to the game in question.

It might be innocent or ignorant for their part to think that it is okay to use a language they are comfortable with and/or both are not yet familiar with the rules.

However, I admit that based on the report made, I placed more attention on the language part and have yet to check the other 2 games mentioned. And after reviewing those 2 other games, in addition to the game with mrdog, Nitram12 and ugotang have been blocked.

didnt mean to call you out if thats what it seemed like, maybe i should have mentioned all that stuff in my first post i made, I too at first just paid attention to the language issue until I realized the 5 completed games that they had been in together were all won by one account.
