Well looking at there 1st game together - 4870757 - I'm not sure they are the same person. (round 4). But I would say friends since & your game may be a secret diplomacy.

In game 529903 At 1302-35 secs on the 22nd of July Soulpower finished his
turn at 1304-08 Canadian began his turn I was online watching Canadian was not
online throughout Soulpowers turn until he had finished.

They are most likely people who work together or friends in real life. I would need more games to warrant a block if they are indeed throwing games for one another.

I am not a friend with him...we did play couple of games together...because...we both like WW2...
if you go on my profile and check how many games I played all together and when was my last time here you'll see it wasn't to many...
so...I am not playing with him along...or with anyone else...I don't even have a time...

but Anyways...

Going back to my story...the only reason why I go after this guy...is because that's how i play...
I guess...that's not against the rules...I can like or choose not to like someone...
and when somebody piss me off...like this jerk...
(and this guy was the pain in the ass I am telling you...with all do respect....but FCK him...)
I go after him even if I am gonna be eliminated...so i don't care...but I guess HE does...so there You go blame me!!!
