Well, I should have posted this an hour ago. I WAS a Lieutenant. Thanks to all the teachers! I am still close to being an officer, a few more games and I should be able to lock in my new rank.

Now comes the fun part, LT, but playing random-opponents terminator. You'll notice a change in attitude of your lower ranked oponents
And an uncomfortable red bullseye on your back

Thanks for the accolades and the sage advice. I have already noticed the large red bulls-eye on my back. As soon as I got promoted I was gunned down in 4 straight games! Good stuff!

risky -- try a couple of standard games with same settings -- same first four moves, then hold on for escalation and take out the board I have some pending if you want to join one and get a feel for it.
