No spoils medal

I think we should add a medal for winning "No Spoils games".
This adds another medal for players to achieve
Many games are played this way.
It may actually be the only spoils option with no medal given.
That is all...

Giving medals is also a great incentive, I think it's worth looking forward to if I were a player.

It's a nice idea, but No Spoils games are already popular enough. Medals encourage players to try other settings?
