what a pleasant idea for a clan. Much more interesting than the "flesh-eating bacteria" clan, or the "leprosy" clan.

I imagine your clan will be best when taken with a healthy dose of penicillin.

Dear DM
I'm looking to join a clan and this seems as good as any.
I don't have gangrene, I'm afraid, but I'm pretty good with a needle and thread which may come in handy - any chance I can get in?
yours sincerely
Mandy

Both Mandy and HotD are graciously accepted into this fold of magnificence; both of them have realistic prospects of being infected with gangrene in the future and are thus eligible for membership.

Remember kids, where gangrene is concerned awareness is as good a cure as penicillin.

After a bitch of week at work, I am planning on contracting the rare symmetrical peripheral gangrene to get some well earned time off. It has, however, a high mortality rate, so if I stop posting at any time in the near future make sure my wake is a fucking good one.

I therefore hand you my application.

Behold as our infected might rises to new levels! Marvel as we thumb our noses at established convention! Tremble in mouselike wonderment at CC's first ever 'socialpetitive' clan!

Does that mean we're recruiting?

Gangrene's steady tread is always recruiting.

As are its disciples.

Rub some faeces in there just to make sure.
