Looking for Brits

Hi folks, still new to CC and this is my first post but I've been playing Risk for a fair few years (Flat rate games until I arrived here).

I'm joining games which are taking a fair while to complete, now I appreciate that not everyone wants to have a go more than once every 24 hours but I'm suffering a little because most of the time my opponents are playing while I'm sleeping ! So I tend to have my go in the morning and have to wait until everyone else plays overnight.

Is there a band of Brits out there playing regular games and willing to welcome new blood ? I can't play speed games but a go every hour or 6 would be ideal

There's one called the Churchill War Cabinet, but theres a whole bunch of random people in there.

You could set up a few private games, then post the IDs up in this forum along with the password, and request that only British based players sign up.
You could also try speed games, provided you really can take a turn every ~5 minutes

If you ever fancy a game you could PM me. I play mostly in the evenings, and if you can't do speed games we could play normal time games but play real time in the evening. I play a lot of smaller games personally (2,3,4 players mostly) just because you have to wait a week to take your turn in an 8 way game.
