Yes we do but since the clan is expanding, we are trying to make it that we have 2 active wars on at all times. You do not now what goes on behind the scenes at our clan and are starting a user group for private discussions. I have had enough of coming online to 30-40 pms per day where i get feedback from games etc. so we are going to get a group from within the clan. that deals with a percentage of the members and come together to talk within the user group.
This will then also speed things up instead of having to respond to each member individualy.

This kind of sounds like what some clans are doing, but maybe backwards though.
Many clans have academies or training groups to develop players. Then you can leverage the main clan to decide who joins or does not. As for voting people out of your clan, I suggest a pm system in place for your 3 leaders. You don't need more groups where you can have threads.

Based on this definition, there is no need to have a new group. You can train and group in threads, and you can vote centrally by a pm system.

yeah i guess. I think what he is getting at is that there are some people in the group who he might not trust to make dissicions.
1. Discuss certain topics and common interests or
2. Are functional in nature that are meant to help the site or
3. Only compete internally against their own members or
4. National Based Teams that may compete in Tournaments and against other National Teams.

Re-read his comments. There is no reason for a clan to have two different private forums for the same purpose. Why cant you discuss "private discussions" in your TIME forum, or why cant you get feedback from games in the game chat log? Thats what theyre there for.
