We have a spot open on team in a tourney needed immediately. 2 games(1 double & 1 triple) per week. PM if interested.

This appears to be a callout for a teammate, not a new entry into a tournament. Since he's not the host of the tournament, he's not supposed to use the Play-Now thread, so this thread seems fine to me.
