Me and an IRL friend has set up a doubles game. We are relatively new both of us but have grasped a decent grasp on the game and different strategies.
Weve both joined in part to ensure keeping in touch with each other as we dont see each other often due to physcial distances, which is one reason we try to play one common game, though we dont always manage to have one.
Another is of course that we are arrogant bastards that think we are all that. Perhaps you can be the one/team to show us differently

The heading says no requirements, and I mean that as no score requirements, no skill requirements, no experience requirements. - We would however appreciate that you actually play the game if you join. - That is that you dont miss turns if it is at all avoidable and that you play to win. - Including that you dont selfdestruct or spoil the game, or for that matter give up if the dice or the battle luck go against you.
It would be nice if you joined with a m8 that you know, so that the teams work. But you can join on you own too. Its not a requirement as such that you communicate with your partner, but its appreciated.
The map is The Hive. - Its relatively simple and straight forward, though there are a few twists in some areas being easier to defend than others including honey chambers that create easy access/short cuts around the rather massive map (360 areas, I think). Only special rule as such is that the straight up area bonus is capped at 12 units. Anything above that comes from region bonuses.
Its fogged because that adds some mystery to the game. Its sequential because we decided against the online advantages of the simultaneous game. Its unlimited reinforcements, cause a massive map like this kind of needs that flexibility to have access to a reasonable amount of units.
What else... hmmm Im reasonably chatty. My partner not quite as much, but he usually answers if adresses or, better yet, provoked. Im sure he will have a few acidic remarks directed my way during the game as well. In short we are looking for friendly players who take the game seriously but play it as a game. - That is we dont really have to curse at each other when being attacked or when someone gets lucky dice, though of course its part of the game to try to convince other teams to gang up on another team for various good or flimsy reasons

any questions, PM me.
But why are you still reading this unnecessarily longwinded message when you should be joining our game....

See you there.
