Examples of what we could do:

Agree, outside of chat, to attack neutral regions without neutral negotiation.
Agree, outside of chat, to only eat Mint Chocolate Ice Cream.

Agree, outside of chat, that we should join a game together and then throw digital dice on a table to determine the outcome.
Agree, outside of chat, to call each other Pauline.
Agree, outside of chat, to converse in public chat.
Disagree, outside of chat, to conduct secret diplomacy.

You can count me in! People of your design are my favorite types to play with! Just utterly oozing with vilany and attempt to ruin the system I applaud your valiant efforts!

This is wonderful! We now have several players all conspiring! I must admit that I may not have expressed myself well enough to Mr. #1_Stunna. Secret diplomacy by no measures asked for my inbox to overflow with nude photos. I like them, but that's besides this secret diplomacy thing.

I thought the whole idea for this "secret diplomacy" was to share our "secret" photos.
