No Noob Society

In light of recent events I've had enough of playing with a certain type of player. Therefore all of the games I create in the future will be private games. I'm forming a sort of secret society within CC called the No Noob Society. Basically it will consist of a series of tournaments and non tournament games between players of quality skill.
The first tournament is already underway and another game as well.

I've thought of a scoring system to keep track of all these games just to make things interesting and competitive.

The winner of each game regardless of whether its a tournament or not will be awarded 4 points
The loser of these games will be awarded 0.5 pts.

Consider the following scenario for my reasoning.
6 players partake in a 7 player tournament

Player A wins 3 games
Player B wins 2 games
Player C wins 1 game
Player D wins 1 game
Player E wins 0 games
Player F wins 0 games

The rankings would be as follows

Player A 14 pts
Player B 10.50 pts
Player C 7 pts
Player D 7 pts
Player E 3.5 pts
Player F 3.5 pts

Now lets assume Player G plays and wins a completely different game. This is his only game within the No Noob Society.
He would now have 4 pts. Player G would not shoot to the top of the rankings based on 1 game but he'd still be ahead of players who haven't won yet.

The highest ranking player at a particular point of time will be awarded the title of "Supreme Noob Killer". (or something else if there's a better idea)

This is a better point scoring model than my original conception but if anyone can think of something better let me know. There needs to be a way to have the highest ranking players with a good relative winning % while participating in a fairly high # of Society games.

Whoever is interested let me know, inform anyone else who may be interested.
Also, you can create your own games within fellow Society members w/o my involvement - just tell me the results and I will include the game in the overall rankings.

The following esteemed individuals are already involved either in games or expressed a desire to be a member:

gannable
das killa
ironwood
gussell
colussus
what,me worry
ourhero16
wrestler1ump
doublebogie

It's not a clan challenge. It's a private tournament/league meaning it stays in Callouts.

The name seems kind of amateurish and very mid-range... not in. If you want this to be a success, you'll have to go with a new brand image otherwise all you will attract is cocky teenagers who think they are good for surpassing 1800 in score.

I like the scoring model a lot. I think it is a great idea, in fact. And I think it would be really fun. I don't necessarily like the "No - noob" bit.

If by no-noob, you mean no idiot 12 year olds (or those who act like them), then put me on your invite list.

If by noob you mean, someone with less than X points, I guess then it is your call.

Have fun of keeping track of all of those points when we already have a built-in score....
