It would almost have to be social and you can make your own rules about it being open or closed. With a closed group you will have less members, but they may be more active in the forums. I would suggest an open group though.

Yeah Social would be best.
As for Open/Closed it doesn't particularly matter, I prefer closed because then you can say no to the dregs of CC

1. 9 members and 1 leader
2. A name for the clan/group
3. A description
4. Submit the above information [on a e-ticket] with the group member's names on it.
5. It may take a few days to become offical after that. Of course that is if the mods except it.

anyways ill join and for any of you interested im having a mafia game based on star wars, specifically episodes 4-6
go to monkey business then to mafia games and look for star wars if interested.
