Option To Re-star

There should be an option to re-star just like the old system had an option to re-edit comments. When the star system first came out, I screwed up a rating and now that player is stuck with it. Now he has a bad rating and I feel like an idiot.

yu can up and till the time the game is archived, it is to stop retaliatery feedback
