Sort rated/unrated with place to "skip" those unchanged

Concise description:

When you finish a game with someone you have previously rated, you can simply say "keep rating" and they will not appear in the "to be rated" list.

Since many people I have rated will not change, I would like to just be able to "skip" them quickly.

Alternatively, maybe even just sorting them into "have not rated most current game" and "already rated most recent game"

Specifics:
See above. I think that covers it.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:This goes with, but is separate from the "button" idea.
Right now, it seems that if I leave the rating unchanged, they appear as a "member available to rate". I like that we can go back and edit, just "in case", but I have 70 games there and It is hard for me to remember which games I have rated and which I have not.

You are mistaken. If you already rated member in the past it will appear as already rated.

That is part of the problem .... they ARE available to re-rate, but we have no way to know which ones unless we remember which games we just finished.

We need some kind of indicator --- maybe a third color so we can quickly see who we might want to re-rate and who we don't.

While on the topic, a lot of people are moving up to "all 5's" I mean ... play 10 nice games and it no longer becomes necessary to re-rate. SO, what about this

White/"blank" for not rated. Orange or red for rated, but no all 5's. Blue for all 5's (able to change, but shows blue) Maybe even red for all 1's ... but I suspect anyone giving these will generally be on an ignore list.

Anyway, that would make it easier for rating. Easier means folks are more likely to rate.

If the whole system is about to be changed, then this suggestion will be irrelevant. But, if that change won't happen right away, this would help a lot in the mean time ... and I don't think (???) it would require a huge programming fix???

Thank you for your attention!

Don't forget your own suggestion Player - change color of stars for players needing re-rating - which has already been marked To-Do.

... on which topic?
You're so prolific I get confused PLAYER :)
Since these suggestions appear to relate to colouring of rating stars, would they be best posted in change color of stars for players needing re-rating?

Of course post here and explain further if I am even more confused than I think I am ;)

Sorry, I thought this was it .... I apparently was tired when I re-posted.
