...Tis a great idea, and as usual it took me a while to figure out there was a wall. Is there any way we can convert our feedback over. Only reason why I ask is I hear eventually once the rating system gets going there will be no need for the feedback system

Need I say more? Maybe, is there any way we can convert our feedback over to the wall, since I here that feedback is being phased out.

Thanks for the suggestion Decoulombe.

As far as I know there are no plans to enable automatic transfer of feedback comments to player walls.
As far as your feedback left is concerned you could simply copy each feedback you left and paste it on to the wall of the player you left it for.
As far as your feedback received is concerned you could do the same thing, pasting it on your own wall of course, though I realise this is is not so satisfactory since the 'author' of the posts will be you rather than the player who originally left you the feedback (though you could add to the message to address this).

So, a workaround, perhaps this helps ...

Thanks for a fine example of trolling t-o-m.

This activity is offically "Not A Good Thing" here at Conquer Club.
This information is contained in the Forum Guidelines which are also linked to at the top of every forum. These guidelines, quite helpfully I think, include a link to the wikipedia entry for trolling should anyone be in any doubt as to what it is that is "Not A Good Thing".

Once again a need for feedback is brought to the forefront. Unfortunately this great, and useful tool has been stripped from us.
Using a wall as a feedback system, is not a feasible solution, simply because people may erase or add things to their wall at will.

The OP asked if it was possible to convert feedback on to walls.
I've suggested a method for doing this. No more, no less.

I don't believe the OP is suggesting that everyone should use the wall for feedback - but if he wishes to transfer his existing feedback on to his own wall/other people's walls - why not?

The wall, as you rightly say, is under the control of the wall owner and so they can of course choose to remove anything added by the OP or anyone else. Though in this case, since the OP has only ever received or given positive feedback (with one neutral exception), I can see no particular reason why wall owners would choose to remove his feedback pastes ...

Very well said sir, I think I shall indeed do as you say and start converting my feedback over to the wall. =D>

There is a possibility old positive feedbacks will be converted over to the wall. It was something we were going to do originally, but to help make the distinction that the wall is not for feedback (RG ;-)), we held off and will consider converting it at a later date since no one wants to "do away" with all those old feedbacks. So for now, everything's in limbo while we wait to see how ratings and it's tweaks play out, but your old feedbacks aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

And remember to use the form next time for your suggestions, as tom so eloquently put it. ;)
