Specifics:

From the specific boards, Mark all Forums Read does nothing, only if clicked from the Board Index forum overview

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

why have a clickable text if it does not perform as labeled?

On the specific boards, the Mark all Forums Read button works just for the sub-forums. So if you are in General Discussion and push that button, it would mark Q&A, Strategy, and Plugins as read. You must click Mark all Topics Read to mark the threads within a single forum.
