Since there selling t-shirts of the maps,
how about making boards of the maps so we can play on them with our risk set at home

That's not quite true... World 2.1 was made as a vector image, and is therefore scaleable, but other than that, I would say that you're right
The issue with printing a good quality image onto a good quality board at a good price is possibly more interesting...
