Tournament Games

Concise description:
Tournament Organisers have a tab in 'My Games' that let them see what games they have set up and how they are getting on. Maybe it will have a number (like the inbox) appear to let them know when a game has finished

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

I just use the saved search script viewtopic.php?t=18815
and run it with "Finished Games" when I want to see the ones that are done.
