I don't know if there is a thread on this already but, lately I have been getting ratings by cooks and such near ranks of 1-2 stars for no apparent reason, something should be done about this? Just because they have a low rank doesn't mean they must hurt good/premium players with a higher rank than them.

The only other thing I would like to mention is the Foe list, understandably there should be such a thing but not letting someone join a game if that person is there? Kinda defeats the purpose if both people are on and trying to play 8 man FFA speed games? Kind of sucks. I understand the ignoring part, and not being able to wall to wall etc, but jeez, not being able to join a game because some guy doesn't like your style of play is just absurd.

Regarding someone leaving inappropriate ratings if you believe this is serious enough to warrant investigation you should make a report in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.

For discussion of the apparent weaknesses of the current foe list implementation please see the two threads below which both propose changes one, I think, similar to yours.
