Purposely deadbeating?!?!?!

Postby spidey24 on Thu Apr 03, 2008 11:31 am

I think Conquer Club should make a skip turn feature for those who purposely deadbeat for a turn. I find it annoying to wait for a full 24hrs for somebody to skip a turn. Maybe a little button next to begin turn should be added or something. Then to avoid accidental skip turns add a yes/no buttons after the skip turn button is pressed.

I apologize for the subject, i thought deadbeating was when you miss a turn

I think Conquer Club should make a 'automatically boot from the forums forever' feature for those who post trite tosh that's been debated 1,000,000,000,000 times before, and who can't be arsed to use the search function before they go running their mouths off. I find it annoying to have the forum cluttered with this kind of nonesense several times a week by people who are just talking rubbish that we've heard before. Maybe a little button should be added to let me launch nuclear missiles at these people whenever they post. Then to avoid accidental retarded-threads an 'erase from forum history' button for me to follow up my attack with.

This subject line is totally misleading because missing/skipping a turn is not deadbeating?!?!?!

I have read what my friend lord Dancing Mustard has to say and agree with it completely.

While we're talking about adding shit. Can we make it so you can't freaking post some bullshit complaint until you've played 25 games?

People accused me of purposely deadbeating a couple times, but the truth is that I got stuck playing too many speed games at the same time. If it's in a casual game then I understand your annoyance. 24 hours down the drain.

Truth is? You've been here long enough to know exactly what you're doing
and a deadbeat is still a deadbeat.

Sorry, but this is precisely the kind of thing I was talking about in the other thread. "Getting caught playing too many games" is not a freaking excuse. You didn't get "caught" playing too many games. You freaking played too many games. Nobody signed you up.

I'm sorry I'm late because I got lost. I'm sorry I'm late because my car wouldn't start. Those are excuses. I'm sorry I'm late because I've been spending the last half hour watching MASH reruns is not.
