Fair or no?

Yellow deadbeats for extra armies because he is losing. Me and my teammate accuse him of cheating, and he leaves retaliatory negs for both of us in response to our negs about him cheating.

When you deadbeat you do not get any extra armies and missing a turn is not cheating.
If you left him a neg for cheating you were mistaken... or require more evidence to
justify the claim.

Is it fair to leave a neg for someone who accuses you unjustly of being a cheat?
Probably, but they all resonate with that dull thud of retaliation and you would be
better served to save your negs for someone who really deserves it. There are
way too many negs handed out for minor altercations and stupid reasons that do
little good in helping players figure out who they might prefer avoiding in games.

I recommend PMing UCAbears to see if you can work this "misunderstanding" out.
because negs can be removed with a simple edit

yep, it wasn't cheating, so you shouldn't have left him a neg. just pm him, explain the misunderstanding you had of the rules, and ask him to remove the feedback (since i am sure you have already seen the light and removed the neg you left for him)... easy enough to fix and you learned a lesson about the rules.-0

Missing a turn is not cheating. It's annoying....but it's not cheating.

Deadbeating is when they are kicked for missing too many turns. It isn't just missing a turn.

You guys jumped all over him for missing a turn (which actually favors you guys...not him). You have the chance to double up on him before he gets his deferred armies and since you misunderstood CC's design...you opted to call him a cheater because he received his deferred armies.

Your negative reputation from that game looks pretty spot on from where I'm standing.

Nor is it Zlorfik's first time to accuse people of cheating due to them missing turns. He seems to make a habit of doing such things, as can be seen in several of the game chats.
