If this site... i.e., the dice, cards, etc. is truly randomized, then beta should be pretty damn close to ZERO once you get over say, a couple of hundred games / and a couple of years of data of data.
Now if your going to set up a calculation of Beta, you need to track the variance of player scores... and that, it seems to me, is also something that says a lot about a player's record / skill / consistency.
I can guess the answer is going to be something like: too damn much data management involved for a simple gaming site with freemium guys like you mooching free games, but whatever, it'd be a nice thing for the site wish-list... by far more worth while investment than animating the icons on the forums (
