my friend Ryan32 is having a bit of trouble..

he got this message: you cannot play any new games because your account is inactive - please upgrade to Premium Membership to remove this limitation......

tell me: is he baned from the site?

Well he didn't ask WHY. lol And Ryan has already been told why (and responded).

That was the final straw yes. Ryan was repeatedly warned for being abusive on the site, in game chats, in Live Chat, etc... Everything from racism to vulgarity to flaming to all around trolling. In short, he proved over time he didn't want to change this behavior after both twill and I talked to him on more than one occassion, so he's not the kind of person we want here on CC.

wait... you yourself have said that twill couldn't throttle an insect... so why would you call him in to "regulate"? it is obvious you hate this kid for no reason whatsoever... why else would you let twill handle something, other than knowing he would fail miserably, and you could get your own way, yet again. Me neither. He was an annoying cunt, I just like to know when people get banned and for what to fill my extensive portfolio about senseless bans and hypocritical policy.
