Question here: I have a friend that does not have a computer and was wondering since he like risk if I would be able to make an account for him so when he comes over to play online. Would this be a problem because of mine and his account having the same IP Address causing a ban from the site or would it be okay?

First off this is ok as long as
1. he makes his own account
2. you never play for him and he never plays for you
3. you should know the hunters are likely to look at you for being a multi
4. you should not join that many games together, the less the better
