OK, a couple things that I am unclear about with this new system. I got an automated PM saying that someone left me ratings, but I don't have any finished games since I came back. It said something about the Friend/Foe thing. If I am understanding this correctly, then the Foe replaces the ignore list?

Yes Foe = Ignore

You get a PM with your first rating rec'd, but that rating will not appear until the game is archived. Same with any ratings you leave.

Awesome, I have a feeling I'm going to get (1) ratings across the board from some fool who begged me for an alliance. When I didn't respond, he attacked me endlessly until I had enough and wiped him off the map. Sad thing is he begged for the alliance on the 1st turn lol.
