Kick People Off

If someone misses 4-5 turns in a game and everyone else is waiting for them for 10-15 hours, can they be kicked off?

Only if they miss 3 in a row. Otherwise put them on your foe list and rate them low for attendance.

Or pony up the $25 for premium and you can play speed.
