So I have a bone to pick with the ratings system. It seems like it's very possible to wait for the last minute, then give someone a bad rating just as the game falls off the rating window, so there is no opportunity for the person who got the bad rating to reciprocate.
I had a 5.0 rating when I logged out yesterday. This morning two bone heads who obviously roll together both left me a couple of 1's for a feudal FOW game that I played a week ago. I don't like to leave low ratings for anybody. This cook rushed me in feudal, broke us both down so that green could sweep in. With both of us down to 1 castle, we mass troops, and when I broke through neutrals in his second kingdom and realized the castle was his and not green's, I backed off, and, so as not to give away to much, tell him not to be a tool in the chat. (incidentally, he had put all his armies in attach position and left a clean path of 1's to his castle had I been inclined to screw him). He suicided on me anyway, twice actually, giving away the game and crying the whole time that I had a bad attitude for calling him a tool. Whatever... I just added him to the ignore. And it mean so much to him and his friend green that they waited one week and then both of them left me a 1. I call that bushwacking. I call that complete cowardice. And I call it abuse of the system.
Here's the game Game 2840935. You can check it out if you want a laugh... and a couple of names to add to your foe list.
