I have noticed that when playing with other peeps in this game i seem to lose 10 armies for every army i kill and others seem to never lose troops. case in point. out of the last 10 games ive played i have only controled 1 entire section of land at any one point in only 1 game. this area was not even held long enough to get armies for holding it. yet other players in less time have consistently conquered an entire area and have had like 10 armies left at end of thier attacking turn when i have maybe 5 armies total on board and have been relative to them super conservative in attacks. attack/conquering only one land per turn. I personally think that peeps are using programs to rig thier dice as in the last game i just played a guy wiped the other two players off the map in under 6 turns.
ive played risk for years both on computer and in real life and ive never seen a game between 3 people go that quickly. now i think you all need to re-evaluate your game to discover ways to prevent hacking programs as that is very obvious a hacker player.
and here is a suggestion make a game style that follows the rules of real risk. that of when 3 or more human players are playing the entire board is distributed between the 3 players with no computer player. and have to options for dividing the countries. one countries divided randomly with one armie on each and players take turns placing thier remaining army (rule book rules) and second option: each player places an army on one country per turn and take turns dividing the board then afterwards placing thier armies by turns. Rules for placing armies each player will have 1m to place thier 3 armies for that turn and for country choosing: 1m to choose an empty land. make this idea a speed game type so as not to add 20 days to a already long term game.
