Thanks for helping me understand the social structure of ConquerClub better to everyone who replied to this post, and sorry for asking help with something that is considered taboo

Then don't play casual freestyle? That's a legit strategy, nothing less. Don't go for a bonus then that you can't defend if you're relying on the game being RT when it's casual. If you want the person to stay at the computer, buy premium, it's a benefit. Until then, stop complaining and playing 1v1 freestyle casual, as it's the nature of the game.

Can you just tell me who to foe and not give me advice on how to change my game play techniques? As for not going for bonuses when I can not hold them.... I play 2 player Siege! where it is extreemly hard to find a bonus you CAN hold.

No - because you're ranting in a forum about the inherent nature of a gameplay... aka stupid. I don't care what map you play... now because your gamestyle doesn't match your map preference that is also something wrong with the system?

Amusing.

I am not saying anything is wrong with the system, I am simply asking to know which players to watch out for before having to learn it the hard way.

In standard games, everyone gets 24 hours to take their turn. In speed games, everyone gets 5 minutes to take their turns.

So, I think you are either going to have to play speed games or foe everyone.

I currently have 6 people on my foes list, out of over 80 played. 2 more stallers are about to be added once the games I have with them are over if they don\'t at least explain why they had to leave at the opportune time. I don\'t think the it is such an extensive foes list. I don\'t mind it at all if the person says anything in chat close to: I have to go, will take my turn later, because then I know to not worry about the game for a little bit

you can't stall in a casual game. they have 24 hours to take their turns. unless these are real time callouts, you are being ridiculous. looks like you need to play speed games to solve your problem. and one other thing, i find this behaviour on your part to be absolutely ridiculous considering your OWN requirements for players to join your clan.. remember number six? number of six of the things players must be to get in your clan? let me refresh your memory:

6. A gentleman

your actions are far from gentlemanly... you are placing members on your foe list, for following the rules... cheap...-0

I must have a misunderstanding of the foes list then. To me it seemed that it was used for any reason, whether to not hear bad language, not play people who take to long to move, or for any reason you want including wanting to play rt games. I wanted to make a foes list that would allow me to play mostly rt games, but apparently it is considered taboo or something.

Why not do the obvious and just play speed games instead of trying to turn standard games into speed?

Now was that correct? Or am I not understanding why everyone is angry at me still. I would like to get to know these types of things, I honestly thought that this is what most players did, talk to other people and browse the forums so that they can know who to play with and who to avoid. I am a slow learner, so it may take a bit of a longer explanation for me to understand whatever it is.

Is there a trial version for premium I can get? I asked some people but they have not responded. I kind of want to know what I am getting since I found out it is not refundable when I was going to get it, then stopped thinking I should wait a bit more before I possible waste my 25 dollars

Oops, I forgot that freemiums can't play speed games.

There is no trial for premium as far as I know, but the free accounts basically are a trial version.

I wouldn't worry about premium being a waste of money. It's a great investment, and a steal of a deal, considering 25 bucks gets you a whole year of unlimited play.

That was kind of my concern. I can barely manage 3 games, the only reason I ever have 3 or more open is if someone is inactive in one or two of them.

Hmmm - this topic is an example of why this forum is steadily going down hill...

A new guy comes in and states something - and you all jump on him with harsh comments...

Simple nice replies could've been so much easier and nicer.

Chill out guys and welcome to CC King Dain II.

When I first responded, I had interpreted his posts as complaining unreasonably, but I regret the way I responded now that I know the op just didn't understand.

I think everyone's misunderstanding your misunderstandings. Let me see if I can get it straight...

1- You join a casual ( 24 hours) game and want your opponents to take their turn when they're online?

They don't have to as they are allotted 24 hours to take their turn. You have no say in the matter- it's their choice to take it whenever they choose.

2- You are joining a casual game expecting it to be real time. So when they don't take their turns after you've completed yours- you foe them?

Go to reason 1 for answer.

3. You don't want to buy premium and want to play a real time game where they do take their turns directly.

Go to Live Chat under Callouts and you can find/create such games to play. Should look for a premium member to start so it can be password protected- that way you wont have someone join by mistake and have the same problem as reason 1.

Well, I have bought premium twice now (I have been here that long) and this guy has as many points as me. So I don't want to be nice. He gained my rank in 3 weeks, playing freestyle games....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm????????? And has only played siege....
