Please feel free to move the post... but I have filed a help ticket several days ago and have not received a response... Its been 4 or 5 days....

Sometimes it takes longer to answer an e-ticket depending on what those who have access are doing. If you would like to discuss it with me via PM, you may, but I can't guarantee anything.
