He flamed blatantly outside of FW and trolled. He got banned. He comes back. He continues those same behaviors, but with pathetic attempts at being subtle about it. He gets banned again. Repeat.

Clearly you don't know a whole lot about what happens to people after returning from 6 month bans, do you? If they continue upon returning they disappear for a LONG time.

Well, we'll just see what happens in 6 months. No need to complain about something that someone may or may not do. The admins made their decision, so if you agree, let it be. (If you disagree, let it be anyway. )

I don’t think you need to worry about that. I have a hard time seeing that Klober would be favored by any of the mods. After all, this guy surely takes up a lot of time and energy for those guys (with seemingly no, or at least very little, positive contribution given back to the site). On the contrary, the fact that Klober is still around shows indeed that this site is open to more or less all people and that people are not kicked out for other than a very good reason.

You need to take a deep breath though and come to terms with the fact that life isn’t fair and that there is no such thing as a yardstick justice. If you accept that, I think you’ll see that the CC mods are quite consistent and fair. Suck it up cupcake.

I actually think his posts are pretty funny. All I was saying, is that it'd save the mods a lot of headache later to just give him a permanent forum ban now.
