24 Hours to take turn....Are you sure????

Just asking here and wondering.....
Last night I played all my games I was able to play at about 8.30 pm Australian time. This morning I logged on at about 8am Australian time and my 1st game had 41 minutes left to take my turn. If I have 24 hours to take my turn, how can it be that 12 hours after it says
I have no more turns to take I have a game where in 41 minutes I would have missed a turn.

This has happened a few times now and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this???

That is where you are playing freestyle and ended the round so you have to wait for another player to move or for half the round time to expire

That's because it's freestyle. You're guarnteed to have an entire round every 24 hours. More than likely less.

yep its freestyle... every round of freestyle will be over in 24 hours or less (if everyone makes their go early)
