Nope, you are stuck with that account and points until you win/lose more points or cheat (which you would get punished for).

if you've got a shitty score, you could always make a multi, cheat against it in a game, report yourself for cheating, and hope for a score reset.

I didn't ask for a reset... where did I mention anything like that? My friend has an old account and can't play right now (computer is dead), but next week when he gets it running again he'd like to know if they reset.
