How are points calculated?
Conquer Club members are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.
How many turns must be missed until they're kicked from the game?
The person must lose 3 consecutive turns to be kicked from the game.
Huh? The player has been kicked but his territories still remain!
You're playing a terminator game. When someone 'deadbeats' in a terminator game and gets kicked, their territories remain on the map, for other players to attack and if eliminated, they get their cards and points as if he was a live player. More information on terminator is here.

One player got X armies for holding territories and i only got X - explain!
You get a bonus for how many territores you hold in game as well as for continents, generally on most maps you get +3 for 1-11 territores, and 4 for 12, 5 for 15, 6 for 18, 7 for 21 - going up in 3's.
I think i know someone has multiple accounts/breaking the rules, how do i report them?
You can go to the Cheating and Abuse forum and fill out a new thread and the form, where your case will get attention from admin and multi hunters.
Can I change my username?
No.
Can I cash mid-turn?
No, you can only cash when you have a set of 3 of the same coloured cards, or 3 of differing colours - at the start of the round.
Im sure i have medals - but they're not showing up!
The case may be that you havn't won a game yet since medals came out, once you win a game they should show up - if you have them.
The dice seriously aren't random - explain.
The dice are random, and come from http://www.random.org
If you have complaints about the dice take them there or to this thread.
A user does not exist?
There are a few possible answers to why a user may not "exist".
One is that they could be a multi and have been banned.
Another is that they may be on a temporary or permanent forum ban.
What is the max size for a signiture?
600pixels by 150 pixels.

You can fix that by going here and selecting "Attach my signiture by default" and selecting "Yes"
What is fog of war?
Fog of War, FoW, is where you cannot see other territories around you other than your own and ajacent territories to yours.
Someone gave me an unfair rating, where do i go?
I'm afraid the moderators are taking a step back from ratings, however if you see the user grossly abusing the rating system, go and report them in the Cheating and AbuseSection.
I see lots of fun maps about, can i make one?
Yes, you can. Pop into the map foundry and read some good manuals and see the Cartos for more help.

In a way, yes. There is a GM add-on that was produced by a user, here is the Clickable Maps Thread.

Bombard?
A bombardment is where you can attack a territory, clearing the neutrals or making a player's armies neutral by attacking it, but you do not conquer the territory by bombarding.

Yes, but it's best to inform the admin or the multi hunters first.
Can i make a private game?
Only people with premium membership can make private games, but free members can join private games.
Can i make a tournament?
