Cross-Map Achievment

I am having problems counting down the number of players in each map that I need to defeat in order to clear a map for the Cross-Map Achievement medal (yes, I keep a tally, lol

)

By my count I have 43 done as of the last game I won, but as soon as I completed it I was given the silver medal for 40.

So, my question is: If you defeat an opponent in a Terminator game, do you get 1 point towards the achievment? Or does the winner get points for all the other players? I assumed "Defeated X opponents" would mean that in a Terminator game you would get 1 "Defeat" for every person you eliminated.

Please help! Thanks!

Btw, while we're at it, it would be cool to confirm the other game types and what value is given to each opponent.

The winner gets a tally for every other player. The terminator (who gets the points for the kill) does not get a "unique opponent" for the cross map (or even for the terminator) achievement medal. It's a bad system, but that's how it is.

If you're using Firefox, have a look at the Plug-Ins & Add-Ons forum for Map Rank. It will tell you how many unique opponents you've had on each map (and lots of other cool stuff).
