What happens if my target in an assassin game deadbeats?

See the Instructions page, the Game Options section:

In an assassin game each player is assigned a secret target, designated in-game with crosshairs Assassin Target next to the username. You win the game if your target is killed - whether it be by you or another player! When a player is auto-kicked in an assassin game, the game continues and whomever had the deadbeat now has to kill the deadbeat's target.

What happens has some answers but what happens to me is simply i lose my temper....I can not stand without asking this, why sat there if you wudn't play....And if the game is sequential, it comes to be a nightmare...Most of time this happens with ? new recruits... They must not allowed in assasins too as it is in team games...
