Bombard/Annihilate for cards - pt. 2

I did a search and came up empty...

So... if you are in a cards game and you bombard/annihilate a neutral,
do you receive a card?

Ok... a similar question: If you eliminate a player from the game
via bombardment, do you get the annihilated player's cards?

Of course.

Bombardment is just the same as any attack, the only difference is the area turns into a neutral once destroyed, as far as i am aware that is the only difference between bombarding and attacking. Except the obvious fact that bombardment attacks don't have to be adjacent to there target.
