Pruning?

Is there some sort of Auto-Pruning that goes on to delete all old games that are no longer active, but still open? As in, you can still join them, but the people already in them haven't logged on in a year- are they deleted?

I think if a game is open for 2 weeks it's deleted.

Really? I always thought it was all casual games.
