Live chat and firefox

I use firefox and can't access live chat and i haven't ever have been able to,it's never really bothered me before but recently someone asked me to join them there but i couldn't.

So tonight i tried using ie and got in no problem but i never use ie as it's far too slow and clunky.

All i get when i try to open it on ff is a grey empty box,any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

I don't usually have a problem with it either...

Yeah...i know most people probably use ff,it's more than likely just a setting i need to change or something.....i'm just not much of a techy

you might have javascript or something disabled? i solely use ff and no problems

Game Settings-Chat Window(Do you want live chat to open in a popup window?)-click 'No'

ah makes total sense, thanks! that will come in handy in future situations so it was just firefox blocking the pop up, glad its sorted and glad to have you visit!
